Localization Management: Oversee the localization of game content, including but not limited to text translation, proofreading, in-game QA, voice-over, and localization requirements for art, features, events, and assets.
Localization Asset Management: Maintain translation memory and terminology databases, develop localization style guides, SOPs, and internationalization standards. Adapt to agile development workflows to ensure smooth localization throughout version iterations and operations, delivering high-quality results.
Language Support: Support R&D and operations teams in various multilingual tasks, including game research, ASO, ad copywriting, and the optimization of marketing materials.
Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships systematically, select, maintain, and develop localization vendors as needed. Facilitate business communications and partnerships with localization vendors to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above. Fluent in both Chinese and English, with the ability to use both languages in a professional setting.
Passionate about games with a solid understanding of the overseas gaming industry and localization processes.
At least 3 years of experience in game localization or localization project management. Proficiency in CAT tools.
Strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication and teamwork skills, and the ability to multitask.
Possesses a strong work ethic, detail-oriented with a strong desire for continuous learning, always seeking out opportunities for growth.
Experience with machine translation projects and a basic understanding of localization engineering.
