About the Team
Corporate System is based on the needs of the company's internal system construction and responsible for the planning and construction of internal human resources, finance, legal affairs, procurement, approval and other internal systems, demand and project management, information security management, system configuration, operation and maintenance of the company.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with product, R&D, design teams, and other stakeholders to independently create and deliver product content.
- Build a comprehensive, high-quality English translation system using external vendors to support the internationalization of internal operational management systems.
- Develop and continually improve product documentation standards, ensuring an excellent user experience for all product interface content.
- Lead internal project management and cross-departmental communication, promptly identifying and resolving issues to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor user feedback, analyze and implement content strategies, and collaborate with relevant teams to continuously enhance the overall content experience.
Minimum Qualifications
- Prior experience with project and translation management methodologies and tools.
- Strong sensitivity to language, empathy, and a passion for writing, product design, and language.
- Excellent teamwork skills, enthusiastic about team coordination and management, goal-oriented, and able to work across different functions.
- Proficiency in English is a must.
Preferred Qualifications
- Detail-oriented, with strong information architecture skills and effective verbal and written communication abilities.
- Outgoing, positive, proactive in facing challenges, and able to handle stress well.
