Locum Occupational Therapist | In-patient setting

• Conduct assessments for patient's pre-admission
• Conduct periodic reviews with suitable therapy treatments for Holistic Individual Care Plan with children
• Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions
• Plan and execute therapy programme and activities for Children
• Review and revise programme schedule for therapy program with proper documentation
• Foster close and warm relationships with children's families and caregivers

Job Requirements:

• Singaporeans Only
• Bachelor degree / Diploma in Occupational Therapy
• Full registeration with APHC
• Minimum 3 years clinical experience in a hospital setting, or relevant
• Proactive and self motivated
• 3 working days per week (weekdays ONLY) [9am-6pm]
• Convertible to Full time position
