Job Description

· Assist in carrying out sales and shipping activities

· Perform incoming, in-process and outgoing quality control activities

· Liaise with customers pertaining product specifications and quality issues

· Update quality standards regularly in order to conform to customers requirements

· Data entry into system pertaining to QA

· To monitor on time delivery performance of customers parts

· Notify QA team about any major repairs and maintenances on company truck by driver

· Perform administrative duties including data entry, document management

· Coordinate & assist in sorting, filing, faxing, and copying documents

· Responsible to monitor deadline of each work order and report up for missed shipment items

· Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Company from time to time

Working Day :
  • 5 days (Monday to Saturday)

    Working Time : 8.30am to 6pm, 8.30am to 12.30pm

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: From $2,000.00 per month

    Schedule:
  • Day shift
* Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability
Supplemental pay types:
  • Overtime pay

Work Location: In person
