• Preparing sales quotations, request for information, request for quotations for air export to assist client & relevant agents
• Dealing with customers air export billing, handle rate disputes, and invoice verification
• Coordinating with all related stakeholders including operations for shipment arrangement
• Experience in dealing with air freight related duties
