Preparation of outgoing stock report and status.
Preparation of inventory report and status.
Arranging for incoming shipments and packing of outgoing shipment plus invoices.
Maintain inventory records
Arranging for incoming shipment and packing of outgoing shipment plus invoices
Deal with forwarder for picking & packing list (Inbound & Outbound shipment )
Ensure and maintain good housekeeping and cleanliness of premises (perform 5S, maintain a safe working environment)
Perform other logistics activities as required
Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by Supervisor/management
Preferable candidate from NITEC in logistics or related field.
Prior experience in logistics or related field.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Attention to details and accuracy in data entry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with a particular expertise in advanced Excel functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and various other Excel functions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Willingness to learn and adapt to changing logistics processes and technologies.
