Logistic Executive / 6 Months Contract / West

Our client is a MNC in the life science industry, one of the leading players in this sector. Due to business needs, they are currently recruiting a Logistics Executive to join their team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West.

Job responsibilities:

• Create shipping documents like invoices and packing lists and coordinate with Export Sales and distributors in specified countries.
• Manage SAP stock checks upon receipt of orders, prepare shipping paperwork, and oversee timely deliveries.
• Collaborate with freight forwarders for booking shipments and ensure compliance with documentation requirements.
• Facilitate stock release with the warehouse and maintain an organized documentation filing system.
• Maintain accurate records of export transactions, handle bank document submissions, and perform additional delegated tasks.

Requirements:

• Possess basic knowledge of handling export shipments and familiarity with SAP.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
