Logistic Manager

The Logistics Manager is responsible for overseeing the movement, distribution, and storage of goods and materials. This role involves coordinating transportation, inventory control, warehousing, and ensuring efficient supply chain operations. The Logistics Manager works to improve productivity, reduce costs, and ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage logistics, transportation, and customer services.
• Optimize warehouse functions and oversee inventory processes.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and customers to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve supply chain efficiency.
• Manage a team of logistics personnel, providing training and performance feedback.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in logistics management or similar role.
• Strong understanding of logistics, supply chain, and warehouse management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office.
