Job Title: Logistics Admin ExecutiveWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Logistics Admin to join our team in Malaysia.
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate and monitor logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory levels, and logistics activities.Communicate with carriers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Prepare shipping documents (including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading etc)
- Assist in the development and implementation of logistics strategies to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Resolve any logistics-related issues or discrepancies in a timely manner.Manage logistics-related documentation and data entry
Assisting with customs clearance procedures for import/export activities
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding deliveries and logistics issues
- Diploma or relevant qualification in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 to 5years of experience in logistics or administrative role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
Salary Range: RM 4,000 - RM5,000
Work location to be advised upon selected for interview.
