Establish strong rapport with customers through effective communications and problem resolution
Liaison with various support departments (Accounts & Finance, Air & Sea Operations and Sales) to process daily schedule of incoming and outgoing stock or 3rd party
Liaison with customers on transport arrangement for goods delivery and generate delivery orders
Arrange for import and export shipments (if any)
Generate daily inventory report for checking
Generate monthly customers inventory report for customers verifications
Perform stock take on a monthly basis to ensure accurate stock inventory in the warehouse to rectify the problem should any discrepancies occur
Support all administrative issues, ie billing, monthly report, verification of Supplier's invoices
Perform other ad-hoc projects or duties as and when required
Requirements:
Diploma in Logistics Management / Supply Chain / Business Administration
Minimum 2 years of related working experience
Able to work in a multi-cultural environment and with people of all levels
Meticulous and possess positive attitude
Good sense of urgency
Good verbal and written communication skills in English
Flexible and adaptable
Proficient in computer skills - MS Word, Power Point, Excel
