Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Establish strong rapport with customers through effective communications and problem resolution
  • Liaison with various support departments (Accounts & Finance, Air & Sea Operations and Sales) to process daily schedule of incoming and outgoing stock or 3rd party
  • Liaison with customers on transport arrangement for goods delivery and generate delivery orders
  • Arrange for import and export shipments (if any)
  • Generate daily inventory report for checking
  • Generate monthly customers inventory report for customers verifications
  • Perform stock take on a monthly basis to ensure accurate stock inventory in the warehouse to rectify the problem should any discrepancies occur
  • Support all administrative issues, ie billing, monthly report, verification of Supplier's invoices
  • Perform other ad-hoc projects or duties as and when required

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Logistics Management / Supply Chain / Business Administration
  • Minimum 2 years of related working experience
  • Able to work in a multi-cultural environment and with people of all levels
  • Meticulous and possess positive attitude
  • Good sense of urgency
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Proficient in computer skills - MS Word, Power Point, Excel
