The logistics assistant will assist in the day-to-day operations of the shipment in Ebb Central Kitchen, as well as working closely with the chefs and counterparties to ensure timely deliveries.
Monitor order processing to ensure each shipment arrive on time
- Ensure accurate preparation, packing, and shipping of customer orders
Manage inventory by organising, labeling and storing- Coordinate with head chef, drivers and customers to schedule shipments regularly
Inspect all incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring shipments meet order requirements while troubleshooting incorrect or incomplete shipments with relevant stakeholders
- Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations
Previous experience in F&B or similar role
- Experience in POS or ERP system is an added plus!
Has a good detail to attention and able do coordination
