Logistics Assistant cum Driver

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing shipping invoices.
• Generate delivery orders for all deliveries.
• Key in jobs details into the excel worksheets for all incoming items as well update of work in process (WIP) for all delivery activities.
• Arrange daily deliveries and collections with driver.
• Issue warranty stickers for repaired valves and update the warranty record.
• Track and notify the sales department about items that have been repaired.
• Assist in inventory management and accurate tracking and reporting.
• Help driver in carrying heavy items when making deliveries and collection.
• Act as a backup driver.

Requirements

• Computer literate and good with MS Office Application
• Possess valid Singapore Class 3 driving license
• Good communication and coordination skill
• Computer literate and with basic computer knowledge
