Logistics Assistant/Executive

Job Descriptions:

• Responsible for handling exports/shipping operations to global markets.
• Liaise with external parties and coordinate shipments with respective factories/customers/service provider.
• Prepare shipping documents, invoice and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Involved in procurement activities, prepare the PO and follow up the shipment
• Verify service provider bills for payment
• Follow up the account receivable
• Sorting and scanning the full set of shipping documents
• Any other assignments which may be assigned from time to time

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1-year shipping experience
• Preferably with experience in Imports & Exports
• Experience with SAP and Excel
