Job Scope:

Logistics Coordinator

. Develop and implement efficient warehouse layout and space planning strategies.

. Oversee and ensure accuracy in warehouse documentation and inventory records.

. Manage and operate the Warehouse Management System (WMS) effectively.

. Analyse and optimize processes for receiving handling, distribution, and storage.

. Utilize MS Excel to track and update data and report maintenance or repair needs to supervisors.

Logistics Assistant

. Assist in receiving, unloading, and organizing incoming stock and materials.

. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping or delivery in line with company standards.

. Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the warehouse.

. Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies to management.

. Safely operate basic warehouse equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks.

Job Requirements:

. At least 1 year of relevant working experience
