Logistics Coordinator cum Customer Service

• Handling import/export documentations, custom declaration & Tradenet operations
• General shipping functions including data entries
• Preparation of B/L, manifest and invoices
• Coordinate incoming & outgoing shipments with suppliers, freight forwarders & customers
• Prepare customer billing
• Arrange transport for cargo delivery
• Other ad-hoc duties

Job Requirements

• Fresh Graduate are mostly welcome
• Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/O Level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain, Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
• Full-Time positions available.
• Able to work in a pressure and fast-paced environment
• Able to start work immediately or within short notice
