Key Responsibilities:
Receiving & Processing Orders:
- The team receives and reviews incoming orders from multiple channels, including email, phone, and online platforms.
- They accurately enter order details into the system, ensuring that all information is complete and correct.
- They monitor and update the status of orders to ensure efficient processing.
Scheduling Orders for Deliveries:
- The team coordinates with internal teams and logistics partners to schedule and plan deliveries.
- They ensure effective scheduling to optimize delivery routes and minimize delays.
- They monitor shipment progress and address any issues or delays promptly to ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate with Customers:
- The team acts as the primary point of contact for customers regarding their orders.
- They provide timely updates on the status of orders, delivery schedules, and any changes.
- They address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and manage complaints to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Respond to Emails, Phone Calls, and Texts:
- The team handles all forms of communication professionally and in a timely manner.
- They provide accurate information regarding products, services, and order status.
- They ensure timely follow-up on customer requests and issues to maintain high service quality.
Any Other Ad-Hoc Reports/Tasks Required:
- The team prepares and generates reports related to order processing, delivery performance, and other relevant metrics.
- They assist with additional tasks or projects as assigned, ensuring alignment with overall logistics goals.
- They assist in month-end billing for warehousing and delivery clients.
Requirements
- Minimum GCE O level and/or Diploma in relevant discipline
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Knowledge in WMS preferred
