Logistics Coordinator (Manufacturing MNC)

Our client is a leading player in Manufacturing industry. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Logistics Coordinator to be part of their Logistics Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the East - easily accessible.

Duties of Logistics Coordinator:

• Ensure accurate and timely documentation for all incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Update and maintain material movement records in the system and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Collaborate with warehouse and internal departments to align on requirements and priorities.
• Perform timely transactions in the SAP system and archive all related documents.
• Manage the purchase of indirect materials and generate weekly/monthly stock count sheets.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, arrange local deliveries, and handle RMA documentation.
• Maintain departmental safety and cleanliness standards.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and perform additional duties as assigned by the Logistics Manager.

Requirements:

• Relevant logistics experience
