. Initiate, coordinate, and/or execute projects in operations aimed at designing and optimizing operational logistics processes and information systems/applications, ensuring efficient execution of logistics services aligned with specific customer requirements.
. Inventory and develop desired functional changes

. Coordinate and/or support assigned (partial/smaller) projects, discuss assignments with, and report progress and results to the client/project leader
. (Co)design and implement new customers, processes, and system applications according to defined project assignments and conditions in consultation with the client/project leader
. Identify deviations report disturbances, intervene, and resolve issues related to reliability, speed, capacity, etc.
. Develop innovative, validated solutions and new methods for both problems and existing processes
. Optimize existing (sub)processes and expand them according to specifications and requirements
. Ability to recognize the essence of the problem, make connections, identify causes, and conduct complex analyses to improve processes
. Train employees and provide explanations to colleagues
. Guide and support operational implementations
. Maintain internal and external contacts, including with Global IT regarding content, planning, and technical aspects for new developments/releases related to operational software, as well as necessary hardware, servers, interface connections, and support
. Navigate awareness of one's own position within the (foreign) organization, the impact of that position on various departments and business units (considering the country's culture), and promote the Company's vision and strategy.
