Logistics Executive

Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall stocks and inventory.
• Key in and maintain the inventory in the Auto-count System.
• Coordinate with other departments (mainly sales and operations) for forecasts and delivery orders.
• Manage the storeman.
• Shipping / Logistics (Import/Export).
• Compare & negotiate the rates with forwarders.
• Prepare documentations for Exports.
• Local and overseas purchases, price negotiation with suppliers.
• Local and overseas sourcing.

Requirements:

. Degree required.

. Min. 5 years of relevant experience.

. Proficiency with computer, Microsoft Office, inventory software

. Knowledge of the Auto-count software would be an advantage

. Ability to multi tasks, capable of working independently and self-motivated

. Fluent English

. 5 days per week
