Logistics Executive (AWS/VB/EastRegion)

Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Logistics Executive:

Job Descriptions:

• Responsible for handling exports/shipping operations to global markets.
• Liaise with external parties and coordinate shipments with respective factories/customers/service provider.
• Prepare shipping documents and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Arrange GST supporting documents and submit to accounting department.
• Verify service provider bills.
• Strive to meet monthly KPI targets.
• Support manager in reporting and data analytics.
• Support manager/team leader in PowerPoint preparation.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Min Diploma in any field is required
• Min 1 year of experience in handling shipping document is required.

Additional Information:

• Salary: Up to SGD 3,800 +AWS +VB (around 2 Months)
• Working Location: East
