Generate shipping documents such as delivery orders, packing list,commercial invoice
Close co-ordination/follow up with internal/external customers on deliveries/shipments
Liaising with declarant/trade compliance/customs on export applications
Update data into ERP systems timely
Ensure record keeping system is well maintained
Ensure all reports are reviewed and submitted on time
Assist in monthly stock taking and other aspects of logistics operations as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
Possess at least a Diploma in Logistics Management or equivalent. Applicants without this educational qualification may still apply but they must have at least 2 years of relevant experience.
Familiar with MS Applications, particularly Microsoft Excel (e.g. VLOOKUP)
Strong administrative skills with attention to details, proactive follow-up and efficient time management
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
Team player and committed to work
Effective communication and co-ordination skill
Preferred Bilingual in both English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese-speaking stakeholders
