JOB DESCRIPTION
The Logistics Executive primary responsible to oversee the management of the logistics and transportation operation. By managing effectively and optimize operations, ensuring efficient transportation, storage, and delivery of wine products while adhering to regulations and maintaining high-quality standards.

Job Description & Requirements
This job responsibilities shall include but not be limited to:
Managing and Execution
- Identify areas for improvement within logistics operations and implement strategies to reduce costs and streamline processes.
- Ensure logistics team follows operational procedures as relevant to department.
- Ensure accurate labelling of all products and stock.
- Ensure accuracy in reports of transportation, distribution, inventory management of wine products and any other logistic-related report as required.
- Verify and submit all necessary documents such as invoices and records to the finance department for financial reconciliation, accountability, and reporting purposes.
- Provide accurate records, prepare monthly delivery reports of Retails and On-Trade to Co-CEOs and reports for respective departments as required.
Distribution Management & Transportation Coordination
- Manage and supervise the entire supply chain process, from procurement to distribution, ensuring smooth operation and timely deliveries.
- Coordinate the transportation, storage, and distribution of wine products to different locations or customers.
- Ensure the efficiency of the delivery process and manage logistics for multiple distribution locations.
- Organize and monitor the process of the transportation schedules and ensure on-time deliveries and maintain the quality of the products during transit.
- other logistic-related tasks as required.
Inventory Management
- Keeping all products safe and in good condition during transport and storage minimizes any potential damage or spoilage.
- Oversees inventory levels by coordinating with merchandising and warehouse, support in e-commerce order processing and ensuring timely availability of wine products. Additionally conducting regular checks, monitoring inventory moments, and maintaining accurate records for all wine products to sustain optimal stock levels.
- Aims to prevent stock shortage or excesses, minimize wastage or spoilage, and ensure the availability of products for timely deliveries while optimizing storage costs and space utilization.
- Assist in stock taking.
Communication and Collaborate
- Collaborating with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders to maintain effective business relationships.
- Lead and manage team of professionals, providing directions, support, and supervision.
Safety Operation and Compliance
- Adhere to safety guidelines, including handling hazardous materials, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Ensure all employees operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure delivery vehicles are operated safely by logistic drivers and ensure their proper care and maintenance.
Skills, Qualifications & Requirements:
- At Least 3 year(s) of working experience in related field is required for this position.
- Minimum diploma in logistics/operations management or supply chain with relevant job experience
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Good team player with effective communication and possess initiative & positive working attitude.
- Proficient in MS Office & software applications: ERP, Zetta system would be advantageous.
- Physically Fit, as carrying heavy goods is needed.
- Monday to Saturday (5.5day work week. Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm & Saturday half day 9am to 1pm)
