Oversee shipping document processing and closely monitor shipment movements and Proof of Delivery (POD) status.
Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure accurate shipping and delivery schedules for both new and existing products.
Handle claims for damaged shipments.
Collaborate with logistics planners to forecast customer shipments, develop logistics plans, ensure product or service availability, and optimize the flow of goods from order to delivery.
Liaise with the Facility Manager and Warehouse on detrash and recycling matters, and coordinate with Finance regarding supplier invoices.
Build strong working relationships with vendors and other departments to enhance the company's competitiveness.
Follow up on incoming materials and outgoing finished products to ensure timely delivery to customers.
Ensure compliance with cross-border shipping requirements, customs regulations, and international trade laws.
Timely update of weekly/monthly reports.
Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or Commerce.
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
A team player with the ability to communicate in Mandarin to engage with Mandarin-speaking customers.
