Logistics Executive

• Oversee shipping document processing and closely monitor shipment movements and Proof of Delivery (POD) status.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure accurate shipping and delivery schedules for both new and existing products.
• Handle claims for damaged shipments.
• Collaborate with logistics planners to forecast customer shipments, develop logistics plans, ensure product or service availability, and optimize the flow of goods from order to delivery.
• Liaise with the Facility Manager and Warehouse on detrash and recycling matters, and coordinate with Finance regarding supplier invoices.
• Build strong working relationships with vendors and other departments to enhance the company's competitiveness.
• Follow up on incoming materials and outgoing finished products to ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Ensure compliance with cross-border shipping requirements, customs regulations, and international trade laws.
• Timely update of weekly/monthly reports.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or Commerce.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
• A team player with the ability to communicate in Mandarin to engage with Mandarin-speaking customers.
