LOGISTICS MANAGER

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and manage a team of logistics personnel.
• Ensure smooth daily operation of logistics and timely delivery of goods.
• Plan, organize and coordinate staff deployment and logistics activities across the group of companies.
• Ensure staff adherence to safety standards and regulations
• Conduct thorough analyses of logistics activities to optimize cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
• Maintain metrics, analyze data, and implement improvements to enhance logistics systems and processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and logistic partners to ensure timely deliveries to customers.
  

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Logistics management or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong expertise in logistics management and operations.
• Demonstrable leadership and staff management abilities.
• Proficiency in standard logistics software.
• Fluency in both English and Chinese to facilitate effective communication across all levels of staff.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
