Job Description

  • Ensure the quality and quantity of food/ logistics items before delivery.
  • Loading/ unloading catering items into/ off the assigned vehicle.
  • Deliver catering items, set-up and dismantle catering buffet at various locations according to standard procedures.
  • Communicate with customers on the set-up requirements and related enquires with patience and professional manner.
  • Enhance the buffet set-up by using different decorations/ props when necessary.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and condition of assigned vehicle.
  • Perform food safety, work safety and road safety rules and policies at all times.
  • Cooperate and communicate with other departments for any necessary arrangement/ issues regarding customers orders.
  • Report immediately to superiors if there is any operational inconsistencies, incidents or accidents.
  • Perform any other duties to be assigned from time to time by superiors.
