Job Description
REQUIREMENTS:

- Required Skill(s): Interpersonal and communication Skills, teamwork.
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Read and responds to all incoming emails promptly and update all required information of the respective vessels on the electronic board under his/her care.
- Monitor all pre-alerts of incoming air & sea freight shipments and updating the details of such shipments into the stock list folder under respective vessel's name.
- Preparation of all necessary documentations for the vessels - Air Waybills, Bill of Lading, Invoices and Packing Lists etc...
- Maintain updated stocklist, offlanding list folders.
- Preparation of Delivery Orders and Receipt Orders.
- Organise local deliveries and export air/seafreight/courier shipments to various destinations.
- Coordinate with boat operators, shipchandlers, agents or Owners for delivery/loading to vessels at the anchorage, PSA container ports and the shipyard etc...
- To work closely with the warehouse guys to ensure that all markings are accurately pasted on the physical item for easy identification.
- Must possess basic computer knowledge.
- Possess positive mindset and able to multitask.
