Logistics Officer (Shipping)

• Handle and manage import, export and transshipment consignments.
• To co-ordinate independently with haulier, carrier and warehouse to ensure timely clearance of shipments.
• Liaise with customers and warehouse for shipment planning and job executions
• Knowledgeable in import/export/transshipment procedures for ocean/air shipments.
• Update information into freight management system
• Issues billings to customers on a timely basis.
• Vendor cost verification
• Consol planning
• Monitor orders and ensure payment terms are being adhered.
• Manage customers queries and complaints
• Provide Sales Support.
