Logistics operations Specialist

Our client is a leading Multitech company.

Job responsibilities:

• Engage and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on network infrastructure projects.
• Provide support on day-to-day infrastructure logistics operations.
• Lead continuous improvement projects.
• Engage with team members to build and report KPIs/metrics on a monthly basis.
• Engage with cross functional teams to gather requirements to formulate quarterly/annual budget.
• Support vendor onboarding, invoice validation and unblock any account payables.
• Coordinate with sourcing and procurement on new purchase orders, validate the accuracy against bill-of-materials/requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with min 4 years of experience in supply chain , logistics operations from tech companies, data centre suppliers or network suppliers
• Project or Program management experience
• Data analytics experience,Good proficiency in Excel, hands-on knowledge of SQL
• Knowledge of budgeting & forecasting
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
