Logistics Planner (Building Materials) - West

• Assist the Department Manager in the day-to-day operations of the Building Materials
• schedule planning and delivery
• Provide daily delivery schedules, buying plans, monthly inventories control.
• Troubleshoot delivery problems which may arise and work with related department to solve them.
• Perform administrative support, co-ordination work and assist to raise purchase requisition of inventorized items.
• Assist to arrange mandatory training courses for workers.
• Record keeping and maintain of ISO records for the department
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in delivery planning for building materials
• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Excel
• ISO related knowledge will be advantageous
• Immediate starter is preferred
