Our client is a multinational organization specializing in semiconductor equipment. They are seeking a shipping executive to handle shipping documents and coordinate freight bookings.

about the job

• Help negotiate and secure shipments by coordinating with ship owners, brokers, and other relevant parties.
• Assist the Freight Manager with daily operations, including post-fixture activities and documentation.
• Handle full-set of shipping documents, B/L, commercial invoice, packing list and etc.
• Handle Shipment for all machines model, including crating and fork-lift arrangement and coordination
• Track the shipping market and collect pertinent data to support decision-making.
• Arrange fumigation of crate as required.

skills & experience required

• Diploma / Higher NITEC
• Experience in manufacturing environment will be a plus
• Handles shipping documentations
• Familiar with Syspro Business software will be an added advantage
