Logistics Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Maintain close coordination and follow-up on incoming and outgoing shipments/deliveries with suppliers, forwarders, and internal/external customers.
• Communicate with forwarders and third-party logistics providers.
• Manage warehouse operations.
• Perform order fulfillment, including order tracking, invoice generation, and billing follow-up.
• Provide general administrative support, such as data entry, filing, report generation, and documentation.
• Create Non-Stock Purchase Orders.
• Handle incoming calls and attend to visitors.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Supply Chain/Logistics or Business or related field.
• At least 2 years of working experience in a similar industry.
• Proficient in using MS Office Applications.
• Good in presentation and negotiation skills.
