- Perform cellar activities to ensure proper wine storage and operational efficiency.
- Cellar activities include receiving inventory, putting items away, and updating stock. Picking, packing, shipping, and performing cycle counts, along with regular housekeeping, are also essential.
- ERP record maintenance.
- Shipping documentation and coordination with the shipping line/agent.
- Permit declaration.
- Prepare inventory, movement and other reports as required.
- Sales Co-ordination and wine events support.
Requirement:
- Preferable Diploma in any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse and distribution, wines & spirits preferable.
- Proficient in MS Office - Excel (Vlookup/Xlookup/pivot table in particular), Word, and PowerPoint.
- SAGE ERP is preferable if you are proficient in any WMS/ERP system.
- Honest and hardworking.
- Possessing a class 3 driving licence and owning a vehicle would be an added advantage.
Preferred experience in the wine and spirit industry.
