Job Description & Requirements

1.Execution of work in the field as per the approved shop drawings and take quantities and estmating

And costing for concrete and steel structures.

2. Preparing and drawn of shop drawings and connection detailed drawing,Structural detailed drawing for Fabrication and installation of steel structural work.

3. Experience in execution of residential, commercial and Industrial buildings.

4. Preparation of monthly progress claim and invoices for completed works and made delivery order for fabricated work.

5. Good dealing and chacing with sub-contractors for work progress and preparing bill for them.

6. Preperation of Material purchase requisition and negotiate pricing with suppliers for work execution.

7. Sound knowledge in reading the architectural and structural drawings & cross checking of both RCC and Steel structures before execution.
