Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate lorry crane to lift, move or reposition loads safety and precisely.
- Assess loads to determine their weight and compare it against lifting capacity to prevent riask of overload.
- Interact closely with customer for accurate movement if materials and equipment.
- Inspect, clean and perform operator level maintenance in crane mechanism and hoisting components in accordance with standards.
- Perform daily safety checks to ensure equipment is in safe operating condition.
- Arrange for periodic maintenance of vehicle/equipment or when vehicle/equipment malfunctions.
- Follow related safety regulations, contract requirements, company policies, and operating procedures.
- Other ad-hoc assignments assigned by your superior from time to time
Qualifications & Requirements
- At least Secondary education.
- Possess crane operator training certificate or license.
- Good knowledge of standard crane operation techniques and hand signals preferred.
- Ability to read, write and speak English
- Class 4 driving license.
- At least 2 years relevant experience
- Familiar with Singapore routes
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good driving records.
