Position Summary:

As a Low-Code/No-Code Developer focused on the Decisions platform, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing process automation and business rule solutions. Your expertise in low-code/no-code development will enable you to create powerful, user-friendly applications that drive efficiency and digital transformation for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Platform Development & Configuration: Develop, configure, and deploy workflows, business rules, integrations, and user interfaces within the Decisions platform to create custom solutions that meet client needs.

Process Automation & Optimization: Implement workflow automation, streamline business processes, and leverage rule-based logic to improve operational efficiency and productivity.

System Integration: Work with APIs and data integration tools to connect the Decisions platform with other enterprise systems and data sources, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.

Testing & Quality Assurance: Conduct comprehensive testing to ensure solutions meet quality standards, identifying and resolving any issues before deployment.

Documentation & Knowledge Transfer: Prepare clear documentation on solution architecture, configurations, and workflows. Collaborate with the client and internal teams to provide training and support as needed.

Ongoing Support & Enhancements: Monitor deployed solutions to troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and implement improvements in response to evolving client needs.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant certifications in low-code/no-code platforms are a plus.

Experience:

5+ years of experience in low-code/no-code development; hands-on experience with the Decisions platform is highly desirable.

Proven ability to develop workflows, business rules, and system integrations within low-code/no-code platforms.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency with the Decisions platform, including workflow design, business rule creation, and integration with external systems.

Strong understanding of data structures, relational databases, and API integration.

Basic scripting skills for custom actions or integrations (e.g., JavaScript, C#) are an advantage.

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Soft Skills:

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
