BMC Remedy Technical Consultant In this role, you will possess a strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes , configuration management, and scripting in BMC Helix ITSM and ServiceNow This role requires a combination of technical proficiency and problem-solving skills to deliver effective solutions to our clients.

You Will:

Configuration and Customization:


Analyze client requirements to design and implement custom solutions within BMC Helix ITSM and ServiceNow platforms.

Configure workflows, forms, and other ITSM components to align with client business processes.

Develop and implement integrations between BMC Helix ITSM and ServiceNow, as well as other systems.

Scripting and Automation:


Develop custom scripts and workflows using scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, PowerShell) to automate tasks and improve efficiency.

Create integrations using APIs and web services to connect ITSM platforms with other systems.

Develop custom reports and dashboards to provide valuable insights into IT operations.

Technical Consultation:


Provide technical guidance and expertise to clients throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Conduct requirements gathering and gap analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement.

Develop and present technical solutions to address client challenges.

Project Delivery:


Contribute to project planning, execution, and closure.

Ensure project deliverables are met within budget and timeline constraints.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members.

You Bring:


Bachelors degree in Computer Science / Information Technology, or a related field.

In-depth knowledge of BMC Helix ITSM and ServiceNow platforms, including configuration, customization, and best practices.

Strong proficiency in scripting languages (JavaScript, Python, PowerShell) and API integration.

Experience with ITIL frameworks and ITSM processes.

Ability to analyse complex problems and develop innovative solutions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

Certifications in BMC Helix ITSM and ServiceNow.

Experience with other ITSM tools and platforms.

Knowledge of database management systems (SQL, Oracle).

Experience in cloud computing environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
