[LTA-HR] DEPUTY / ASSISTANT MANAGER, HUMAN RESOURCE (COMPETENCIES & CAREER DEVELOPMENT)
[What you will be working on]
We are seeking an individual with strong analytical and communications skills to join the team in Competencies and Career Development Division. You will be supporting the development of our organisational functional capability.
You will play a key role in implementing a competency-driven career management framework in LTA, which include developing competency frameworks, training roadmaps and career pathways in LTA. Your work will also include initiating a large-scale competency assessment across LTA, and leveraging on metrics and data to analyse development needs of staff and identify effective interventions to address competency gaps. You will also be required to work closely with business units on the change management and implementation of the various competency and career initiatives.

. Confident in interacting with stakeholders and presenting to management staff
. Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
. Highly adaptable and able to work independently to deliver within tight timeline
. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
. Experience in using Tableau / Data Visualisation software would be an added advantage
