Deputy Manager, Knowledge Management
[What your will be working on]
The Knowledge Management (KM) Division drives LTA towards becoming a knowledge-ready organisation. As a member of the Division, you will play a crucial role in capturing, preserving, and sharing valuable organisational knowledge. This position offers you the opportunity to hone your ability and skills to implement KM strategy, harness technology advancements and expertise of leaders and KM champions and strengthen KM culture.
Key Responsibilities
. Develop and drive an outreach/ engagement plan to collaborate with business groups and subject matter experts to identify and capture valuable organisational knowledge.
. Develop and maintain a comprehensive and useful digital Knowledge Library for easy knowledge sharing, including extending the knowledge base in the library and promoting its use
. Write and edit case documentations, and conduct oral history interviews to preserve institutional memory
. Curate and publicise institutional knowledge through various channels such as brown bag sessions
. Study, propose and implement new technologies to be harnessed for KM purpose, which includes working with business groups to implement these technologies
[What we are looking for]
Requirements
. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to facilitate discussions and analyse complex problems
. Able to manage projects independently from end-to-end
. Able to work effectively in cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders
