RESPONSIBILITIES· Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial clients, including construction companies, heavy equipment owners, and heavy earth-moving equipment operators.
· Possess a working knowledge of various types of industrial lubricants and their applications.
· Stay updated with automotive industry trends, competitive pricing, promotions, and potential partnerships.
· Actively engage in price negotiations with a positive and solution-oriented mindset.
· Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive lubricant sales in the industrial sector.
· Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, particularly in automotive lubricants.
· Minimum educational qualification: Diploma in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Excellent negotiation skills, with a focus on building long-term customer relationships.
