Responsibilities
- Responsible for the daily store operations and supervising a team of retail associates to ensure smooth operation.
- Ensuring visual merchandising and housekeeping are kept to company standards.
- Maintaining a high standard of personal and team members grooming & appropriate conduct.
- Provides excellent customer service and maintains a pleasant shopping environment consistent with our brand image.
- Establish regular contacts with existing and potential customers, maintain healthy customer relationships, and keep customers informed on new products or services, changes, etc.
- Manage inventory and company assets, recommending to the Retail Manager orders of inventory.
- Work closely with the Retail Manager on sales activity and being part of store events.
- Constantly providing constructive feedback to the management on various aspects.
- Proactively give suggestions to drive store traffic and activities.
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in customer service, high-end retail environment or in a similar capacity.
- Passion in the retail industry, good communication, and leadership skills
- Able to adapt into a fast pace environment
- Independent and a team player
