Luxury Goods Valuer (Japanese-speaking)

Responsibilities:

• Respond customer's enquiries via WhatsApp
• Explain the purchasing process
• Prepare the quotation, invoice etc
• Check the authentication of incoming luxury items and jewelries
• Simple translation support
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:
.Non-experience is welcome to apply

• Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N4 for above) to liaise with Japanese speaking related party
• Good working attitude & punctuality
• Able to work for long term
• Willing to work on weekends
• Possess working experience in customer service, customer-facing role
• Min 1-2 years working experience will be required
