Responsibilities

. Ensure documentation update and control based on regulatory and certification requirements (e.g. FSSC 22000).
. Liaise with government authorities to ensure conformance to relevant food regulations and halal requirements
. Conduct internal audit and handling of third party audits
. Ensure effective implementation of all matters with regards to quality assurance and control e.g. pest control, effectiveness of cleaning chemical
. Supervise the handling of customer complaint and review of corrective action reporting.
. Supervise implementation of product and process checking based on QAQC program.
. Supervise health cert application handling and export registration.
. Ensure implementation of annual vendor evaluation on food safety & quality.
. Provide food safety training and relevant refresher training to team
