• Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6pm.
• Salary Range: S$ 2,400 - 2,800

Responsibilities

• Assist sales teams with proposals, quotes, contracts and reports.
• Maintain sales documents, coordinate meetings and manage calendars.
• Handle customer inquiries and process sales orders.
• Liaise with internal departments for order execution.
• Monitor stock levels and support marketing efforts
• Track sales metrics and manage CRM data.
• Perform ad-hoc duties.

Requirements

• Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business, Marketing or related field.
• Sales support experience.
• Knowledge of sales metrics and KPIs, comfortable with calculations and Excel formulas.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM software.
