Roles & Responsibility
- Handle customer inquiries.
- Coordinate with the sales team to respond to customer requests and issues promptly.
- Prepares and deliver sales quotes, purchase orders, delivery orders.
- Follow up and track various metrics related to sales and projects.
- Support finance team with information needed for various invoicing matters.
- Assist in liaising with suppliers, follow ups, etc.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.
Requirement:
- At least 3 years working experience.
- Proficient in Office Productivity Tools such as Microsoft Office
