Job Description
Conduct new business development targeting local SMEs in Southeast Asia
Provide M&A advisory services
Prepare materials related to the acquiring company
Perform due diligence
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience
Relevant work experience is a plus
Professional working proficiency in Japanese to liaise with Japanese stakeholders
