A leading US firm is seeking a Senior Associate to join its M&A and Private Equity practice in Singapore. Known for its robust legal services across sectors, this firm's Hong Kong office supports international, regional, and local clients from industries such as financial services, energy, natural resources, life sciences, technology, telecommunications, media, consumer products, real estate, and government bodies.

The Role:

In this role, you will provide strategic counsel on high-stakes M&A and private equity transactions, working closely with a diverse client base. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior associate with a background in top-tier US or international firms to leverage their experience within a dynamic and high-performing team.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in M&A and private equity
• Experience from a top-tier US firm or an international firm in Hong Kong or the UK
• Strong academic credentials and technical expertise in M&A/PE transactions
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative and client-focused environment
