Your key responsibilities as the M&A Tax Manager

• Provide M&A and International Taxadvisory services to a diverse range of corporate clients across various industries.
• Advise on local and international corporate tax issues, including cross-border restructuring, tax treaties, withholding tax, and permanent establishment.
• Handle mergers and acquisitions tax matters, such as tax due diligence, acquisition tax structuring, and post-acquisition restructuring.
• Draft tax advisory memos and reports.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should be degree-qualified and have a minimum of 4years of experience in M&A. Having International Tax exposure and a professional tax qualification would also be beneficial.
