Overview:
We are seeking a self-disciplined and highly motivated M&E BIM Coordinator. Work location will be at Tuas and transport will be provided at certain pickup point.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up on issues using BIM Collaborate Pro/Navisworks with M&E engineers/subcontractors/suppliers.
- Join M&E BIM meetings, including preparing coordination and clash detection reports.
- Conduct QA/QC for M&E models uploaded by EC/subcontractors.
- Assist in 4D simulations when necessary.
- Model and maintain the cable tray models and busway routing based on engineer's requirement.
- Perform tasks as assigned by the BIM Manager and meet client requirements. Be adaptable to various responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills with regular reporting to BIM Manager.
- Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks.
- Has BCA SDBIM or SDVDC certificate.
- Has Singapore BuildingSMART DDM Accreditation Level 3.
- Has Autodesk Revit MEP Professional is an advantage.
- Has AutoCAD Professional certifications is an advantage.
Preferred Skills:
- Ability to build Revit Parameter Family.
- Experience in preparing coordination reports, clash detection reports, and meeting minutes.
- Proven experience as a BIM Coordinator/Engineer, particularly with Autodesk BIM Collaborate Pro, or a willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with updating electrical models, including cable tray/ busway routing, and other electrical components.
- Experience in coordinating multi-discipline efforts, including M&E, Archi, and STR model reviews, clash detections, and interfacing with other packages (advantageous).
- Experience with As-built and COBie is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Python/Dynamo is an advantage.
