Job Description
.Participate in project meetings and propose improvements if necessary
. Evaluate potential problems and technical hitches and develop solutions
. Plan and manage team goals, project schedules and new information
. Supervise current projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track
. Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored (MOS, ITP, RA, safe work procedures)
. Assist manager preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes and emails
. Communicate with contractors to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
. Adhere to budget by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measures
. Able to coordinate site work within trade contractors. Able and assist to prepare SD (coordinated shop Drawing) of M&E trades
. Able to produce 2 weeks Look Ahead program or schedule
. Able to conduct or lead site walk and presentation
. Able to identify deviation of work within M&E work scopes
. Able to prepare, conduct inspection and track progress
. Able to conduct morning Tool Box meeting. Other ad-hoc duties as per assigned.
Job Requirement.
Possess excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills and a leader to influence. Efficient, Good Analytical Skills and Able to work independently.
Diploma/Degree/Construction Management or equivalent, recognized universities under the BCA , Possess quantity surveying skills is a plus.
Minimum 3 years of experience in construction field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project and AutoCad. Able to start work immediately or short notice
