Job Scope:

. Conduct site inspections to evaluate the feasibility and progress of mechanical and electrical installations, ensuring adherence to project specifications and standards.

. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, contractors, and project managers, to integrate M&E designs seamlessly into overall project plans.

. Perform testing and commissioning of mechanical and electrical systems to ensure functionality and safety before handover.

. Monitor and manage energy efficiency measures for mechanical and electrical systems to optimize operational costs and sustainability.

. Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and international standards during all phases of M&E project execution.

Job Requirements:

. At least a diploma in Engineering related field

. A minimum of 3 years of engineering working experience

. Prior experience working on LTA projects is highly advantageous.
